Songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, poet, and producer Tanner Bingaman spends his days foraging writhing folk art from the hills of Appalachia. He has performed in the U.S., Canada, and New Zealand. Tanner's first full-length album released under the moniker Tanner Bingaman's Pretty Big Garden, "Everything & Nothing" is now available on limited-edition vinyl, CD, cassette, and streaming everywhere. Tanner Bingaman's Pretty Big Garden was recently awarded Best Americana Artist by the Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame, and their forthcoming single, "Repotting Plants (Holy Noise)" was released on September 21st, 2025. Tanner is currently touring solo as Tanner Bingaman's Pretty Big Garden, with Tanjo & Crow, and with bilingual Cajun songwriter Dustin Dale Gaspard. When not touring or producing records, Tanner enjoys mentoring students of banjo, guitar, songwriting, and all aspects of music.

We keep a card on file and bill your account on the 1st of the month, for all of the lessons in that month.

We do all of our private lessons in our studio located in Chantilly, VA. Our state-of-the-art facility provides a dedicated learning environment designed to foster a strong sense of community, access to top-tier equipment, and a focused learning atmosphere.
