Ryan Fuhrman is a performer and educator from Herndon, Virginia whose love and passion for the trumpet has spanned almost two decades.
Ryan recently received a master’s degree in trumpet performance from the University of Southern California where he studied under Tom Hooten, the Principal Trumpet of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and also had the opportunity to work with some of the top performers and educators in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
As a performer, Ryan has competed at the Quarter and Semi-Final Rounds of the National Trumpet Competition, been a soloist with the Brass Band of Northern Virginia, regularly served as principal trumpet of the USC Thornton Winds and USC Symphony, and performed in venues such as Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, and Walt Disney Concert Hall.
With a bachelor's degree in music education from George Mason University as well as music teaching experience in Loudoun County Public Schools, Ryan has the skills to synthesize and share his understanding of the trumpet with his students.

We keep a card on file and bill your account on the 1st of the month, for all of the lessons in that month.

We do all of our private trumpet lessons in our studio located in Chantilly, VA. Our state-of-the-art facility provides a dedicated learning environment designed to foster a strong sense of community, access to top-tier equipment, and a focused learning atmosphere.
