Paul Bernfeld is a percussionist and music educator from Annandale, VA, with over 20 years of experience. His background includes performing as Drumline Captain for the Washington Commanders Marching Band and the Washington Wizards District Drummers. A proud graduate of George Mason University, where he studied both classical and jazz percussion, Paul returns to GMU as an adjunct faculty member and distinguished alumnus. He teaches drumset and drumline for the Green Machine Ensembles. In addition to his university role, Paul shares his passion for percussion with students in Fairfax County and Loudoun County schools.
